  • the coach accompanies the stand personnel on the trade fair stand for an agreed period of time and is available to the staff there as a resource and to answer questions.
  • the coach observes the conversations and then gives the salesperson feedback afterwards by pointing out specific strengths and weaknesses. The salesperson receives clear instructions about how he or she can turn weaknesses into strengths in the next conversation.
  • the day at the trade fair ends with a meeting at which observations are summarised and assessed together. Goals for the remainder of the trade fair are also agreed upon and are reviewed with the team manager and the coach after the fair.
